Frequently Asked Questions

I didn’t receive the link for my digital download.

An email will be sent to you with a link. The link will open a page where you can save your digital art print. Make sure you check your junk folder for the email, sometimes they end up there. If you still have received the email contact me by instagram or email and I will resend the link.

Do you sell physical prints of your work?

I am working through sourcing a local sustainable printer to produce my prints as physical products. For now they will be digital only files but hopefully have physical products soon!

Can I commission a custom piece?

I can consider custom pieces, contact me through instagram to discuss.

Where do I get my print made?

I suggest taking the digital file to your local fine art printer. They will be best suited to recommend paper styles and print options.

Why is the file only in one size?

I create the art pieces at an A2 size. Your local printer will be able to fit the digital print down to smaller sizes. They can select ‘Fit to Page’ in most print settings once the print size is selected (you can do this if you print on your home printer as well).

What sizes do you recommend printing?

I recommend keeping the proportions to the ‘A’ size prints (commonly used in Australia). My suggestion is A2 and below (A3, A4, A5)
